    I recently visited store #1986 on 11/30/17 Reg04 tran0164 Assoc207213 my experince was satisfactory to an extent. I found what I was looking however, the down side to my experience was on my way out at the register. The associate was not done assisting the customer ahead of me when she is rushing me to step up, something i did not do ! i belive in personal space. I dont agree that to be customer friendly nor is it professional for ross to be ok with that type of service , when my turn came to be rung up i didnt even have time , to sort out my change in my walet when the associate was rushing the next customer to the register pushing me out of the way (not physically) but rushing me. Bad cutomer service.

    I Visited a ross store on Rockfeild on 1/27/2018 and my daughter and I were profiled. This made me sick. STORE#0306.No one knew corp # either. There were several different people around all white and the security guard only followed me and my daughter around and spoke into a microphone. I spoke loudly and said”” let us hope you are not so bored that you are profiling us because I doubt you want me to sue Ross.”” I felt sick, I felt low as a human. This man knows nothing of me or what I do or have. The fact that one can be judge base on the color of the skin makes me sick. It early afternoon, he was an older balled Asian man. Please train your employees better as to not disrupt the customers. I shop at other ross store that are cleaner, nicer and professional. Even the way the staff keeps the store is nasty. They do not dress professional either. In addition to this they rush you through check out, and call he next person up before you are checked out. When I ask why be so rude and harsh to the customers the cashier replied”” do not blame me, the managers tells us to do this”‘ How can this be right?

    I went to nears store on Richmond tx with my wife to shopping some clothes but when she stop by the fitting room the lady on charge she was very disrespectful to my wife begin to ask question where was the hanger of the cloths we anwsered it was none when we get
    Them she begin touching the overall from top to bottom like we hiding something ..I ask her why?she did thing like that she respond ate the rules …..I am very disappointed with that lady and Ross i did spent $104 dollars and I told the cashier to let the manager’s know about thay incident…its very sad because we can go to others places and spent our money and never will be threat lije that .
